Tianjin Fuji-ta Group Co., Ltd. is a large limited liability company integrated with r&d, production and marketing of various bicycles and electric vehicles.

Fuji-ta Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1992. Located in Junliangcheng, Dongli District, Tianjin Municipality, it is adjacent to Tianjin Port and Tianjin Binhai Coastal Economic & Technological Development Zone in the east, and close to Tianjin Dongli Economic & Technological Development Zone in the west. Also, it is situated at the “Golden Connection Belt” of Tianjin modern industrial base. The Group has five production and processing bases, covering an area of over 1,900 mu, and owns nine major subsidiaries. It is the largest bicycle export enterprise in China, and also the largest bicycle manufacturer in the world.

In order to adapt to the development of globalization and occupy a favorable position in the changing international market, according to the production requirements in different regions and different markets, Fuji-ta Group has respectively obtained Adopting International Standard Product Marking Certificate, WCA standard certification, South Korean KS quality system certification, Japan SG certification, the US CPSC certification, European Union EN standard and AS/NZS standard certification, as well as other quality certification standards, ensuring products to reach the world advanced level.

GROUP STORY

At present, Fuji-ta Group has 127 production lines, including 33 bicycle assembly lines, 9 electric vehicle assembly lines, 60 bicycle frame production lines (including over 30 hi-ten steel frame lines as well as 30 aluminum alloy, carbon fiber and new material frame lines), 25 spraying & baking lines, over 1,200 sets of world-class production devices and over 350 sets of r&d testing equipment.

The registered capital of Fuji-ta Group is 80 million Yuan. The annual production capacity of bicycles with various models reaches 20 million pieces. In 2014, its annual sales of bicycle exceeded 12 million pieces, including the foreign exchange earning of 557.5 million dollars. Its annual output occupies about 12~15% of the Chinese bicycle industry and 8~10% of global output. For many years, it has been in a leading position in the bicycle industry of China.

Fuji-ta Group has partners from all around the world, with its products sold to more than 50 countries and regions, including North America, Latin America, Europe, Australia, Asia, etc. It is an OEM enterprise for internationally renowned bicycle brands, and also establishes the global strategic partnership relations. To meet the production requirements in different regions and different markets, the Group has respectively obtained Adopting International Standard Product Marking Certificate, South Korean KS quality system certification, Japan SG certification, the US CPSC and European Union EN product certification and other quality certification standards. Meanwhile, Fuji-ta Group has the advantages of strong financial strength and fast cheap procurement. It reaches a strategic partnership with the internationally renowned component suppliers and provides global markets with optimal cost-effective products. Besides, the export volume of Fuji-ta ranks first in the bicycle industry of China.

By relying on the fast and convenient shipment ability of Tianjin Port, Tianjin Airport and Beijing Capital International Airport, Fuji-ta Group successfully sells products to different countries and regions. As early as in 2008, the Group obtained AA business management certificate issued by General Administration of Customs, being the only enterprise obtaining “AA” management level in the Chinese bicycle industry. In 2012, it successfully passed the qualification review, which significantly enhanced the export efficiency of Fuji-ta Group.
